I liked very much the kindness of the staff and the fact that the bath was very big.

The location was absolutely perfect, with trams stopping right outside the door and the underground just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, with recently refurbished bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus, having breakfast included was a wonderful bonus.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had a heartful and cozy atmosphere. The location was optimal with all services nearby. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and sympathetic. The reception gave good directions and arranged for a taxi. Good location, close to public transportation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My German is embarrassingly poor so I was grateful that we could converse in English. The room was comfortable and very clean. Free Wi Fi ensured that I wasn't cut off from my world entirely. The hotel is located in a superb location for accessing the river and the shopping areas. A nice breakfast sets you up nicely for a day's wondering around.

Nothing really - some reviewers had grumbled about street noise if you left your windows open. True, there are trams and revellers late into the night, but it is a city area. I didn't find these things particularly distracting.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was surprisingly great, with cozy restaurants and cafes closeby, perfect for a relaxing evening after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms, although basic, were spotlessly clean and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained amenities to the delicious breakfast spread. Plus, the convenient location in the city center made it easy to explore Dusseldorf, with excellent transportation connections just a stone's throw away.

We had a great stay with excellent staff who answered all our questions and more. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and near everything you want - restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was worth the additional cost and provided a variety of options.
